Growth in Christ doesn't happen in isolation. Being an incarnational church means getting involved in one another's lives, engaging in studying scripture together, and invading each other's hearts with the gospel.

Men's and Women's Discipleship Groups
The focus of our Men's and Women's Ministry is discipleship and community for women of all ages.
Women's Ministry offers many opportunties for bible study, discipleship, and prayer throughout the week. Visit our Women's Ministry page to learn more and register for a group.
The Mitchell Road Stephen Ministry matches those who desire one to one confidential Christian caring ministry with a one of our Stephen Ministers. Stephen Ministers are members of our congregation who are gifted in the areas of mercy, discernment, and encouragement.
These volunteers have completed over 50 hours of training and are well-prepared to meet the various needs of our church members, or “Care Receivers.” Receiving care from a Stephen Minister is absolutely free, and our Ministers understand well the importance of discernment and confidentiality.
Our ministry to seniors is designed to keep pace with the constantly changing needs of our senior saints while making Gospel inroads for other seniors in our community. Seniors enjoy frequent breakfasts, chartered bus trips, informational outings and even ocean cruises to stimulate fellowship and healthy interaction.
Route 1520 is a Gospel-based recovery ministry for men and women who have been affected by pornography, infidelity, and sexual addiction. Route1520 is built on the firm belief that individuals cannot change through mere willpower or simply learning Biblical principles and trying to carry them out. We believe that change takes place in community as we take the Gospel of Jesus Christ more deeply into our understanding and into our hearts. This process is a journey and not a quick-fix formula.
If you are a man seeking freedom and recovery from addiction to pornography and other sex-related struggles, you are not alone! This is a safe community where men can take off their masks and find acceptance, healing and freedom. Join our Route 1520 group for Men meeting on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Campus Outreach house behind the Manse. Look for the Route 1520 sign.
If you are married to a man who is addicted to pornography and/or sex, you might fear that it is your fault. Although you might feel alone in your situation, the truth is that you do not have to be. There is nothing quite like the power of connection with others who understand and care because they have been there themselves.
Route1520 Recovery Groups for Spouses offer a safe place for women to find support, care, direction, and prayer in community with other women who know first-hand what they are going through. Our groups provide authentic, transparent community and open discussion around the deep heart issues that drive destructive behavior.
We have two groups for spouses meeting in the Greenville area. For more information, including times, locations, and contacts, visit the Route1520 website.
